Tradeforce Property Partnership has been trading since January 2001.  Each of the partners a specific role in the partnership:

• Mrs Rosemary Sowden: Administrative partner responsible for all financial and contractual matters.
• Mr Paul Sowden and Mr Gareth Sowden: Partners responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the properties.

We currently own two letting properties specifically aimed at the student residential market in Exeter.  Each property is suitable for four students sharing and is let on a shorthold tenancy each academic year for ten months - from October to July.

All the Tradeforce Partnership properties are within easy walking distance of the Main University of Exeter campus. 

They all are broadband enabled and have telephone point and internal network hardwiring in each room.
